The Jac was founded in 2018 on the basic principles of family and high-quality food.

Our restaurant uses quality ingredients from Southwest Florida farmers. Our locally grown produce travels the shortest possible distance from farm to table. Our homemade pasta, fresh-never-frozen seafood and meat, hand-crafted desserts and freshly-baked bread showcase the very best of Southwest Florida. We’re honored to support our neighborhood growers and friends.

We pride ourselves on our craft and painstaking attention to detail, always striving to make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is worthy of our esteemed guests. Our wide-ranging menu includes delicious meals made with the finest, freshest ingredients, artfully prepared to delight the senses.

Our goal is to bring back real food. We want to cultivate an atmosphere that encourages families to sit back, relax and enjoy each other’s company. The Jac is a place for locals and visitors to feel at home!

A true farm to table meal… I am beyond impressed with the ambiance and personable service, their food cannot be praised enough. I had the pan seared mahi-mahi, I’m not a fan of grapefruit, but I still wouldn’t trade my plate for my husband’s seafood risotto, which was impeccable. We also had the conch fritters, Wow! All of it was simply amazing, I can’t wait to try the captain’s burger we took home. I will be visiting the owner’s sister’s restaurant, Harriet’s, in Key Largo. Thank you for one of the best meals of my life!!

We came in for our staff lunch (party of 6) and all agreed that the food was awesome! I had the Caribbean Bon-Ben & it was delicious! Others had the grouper bites & steak sandwich and said they were delicious as well. Chef Phillip came out to the table to thank us for coming in, which was very nice. Love the new decor & we will definitely be back!

The Jac is a great new venue for drinks and dinner. The Farm to Table menu is fabulous and the food and service outstanding. We are looking forward to the transformation of the back area of the property as well. The front bar is also a great space to have some appetizers. The conch fritters are delicious and the calamari is crisp and light. Eve has done a wonderful job creating The Jac.

We ate here this evening and it was a wonderful experience start to finish. The owner was lovely and came to our table and talked with us and entertained my children. Our waiter, Cooper, was lovely, kind, and entertaining. It is always great to go to a restaurant and rather than sigh at the fact that there are two kids, everyone was very personable to them. I had the short ribs and they were delicious (though too huge to finish) and my mother had the fish which she said was lovely. And the key lime tart was amazing!! Thank you…

Just stopped in on our way home from the beach and hit happy hour. What a deal!!! $3 draft beers – served in pint-sized glasses not half pint-sized plastic cups. The $5 happy hour menu is extensive and the food is fresh and delicious!!! This will not be our only visit to this great new restaurant

The new smell is so inviting, with the whole new “Farm to table” atmosphere. I loved the salmon dish. It was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. We had calamari and the grilled octopus appetizers. This place is incredible. If you are on Sanibel you must try this fabulous new restaurant, and you must try their homemade bread pudding for dessert!
